Brief on Renovation:
Britta & Harry had just bought their house and wanted a few things changed around to more meet their needs with the priority renovation being the bathroom.
We removed the old bath, small built in shower and vanity along with the wall linings. It was decided to leave the ceiling intact as A & B wanted to keep the tongue and groove ceiling.
New Aqua Gib wall linings were applied and a new bath with a shower screen was installed with a new modern toilet. Britta & Harry hand-picked a lovely vanity and this was installed along with new tap ware. Under tile heating was installed to provide a warm and dry room and a new tiled floor laid. To complete the look wall tiles now surround the bath, with the rest of the wall spaces painted along with a fresh coat on the tongue and groove ceiling.
New lights were installed above mirror to provide the best lighting to this area and new power points installed along with a heated towel rail. We were able to repair the 3 way unit to provide ventilation plus additional heating and lighting to the room.
To complete the project a complete new infinity hot water system was installed allowing instant and continuous hot water. Whilst historically Britta & Harry have generally done their own interior painting, they choose us to do complete this task so as to provide a professional finish.
