Janet lives in Australia and asked if we could again assist her with renovations to her father’s property, as in her words we did such a good job on the renovation of the bathroom at the same property a year ago.  A key factor for Janet’s father was that he wanted access to the backyard and to provide better indoor/outdoor flow.  

After discussion it was agreed to remove a window and put in a ranch slider that led to a large deck area.  Plans were drawn up and emailed back and forth enabling both Janet and her father to be part of the discussion which led to a solution that everyone was happy with.

Janet’s Dad now enjoys both the feeling of extra space provided by the improved indoor/outdoor flow and deck, plus easy access to his backyard.
